2-Minute Testimony Template
Use this structure for City Council and community meetings

[Introduction - 15 seconds]

"Good evening, Council Members. My name is [NAME] and I've lived in [NEIGHBORHOOD] for [X] years. I'm here to urge you to extend the TAD districts."

[Personal Story - 45 seconds]

"In the past five years, I've watched [SPECIFIC EXAMPLE OF DISPLACEMENT]. My property taxes have increased by [X]%, and longtime neighbors can no longer afford to stay. This isn't just about numbers. It's about [EMOTIONAL IMPACT]."

[The Ask - 30 seconds]
